Group Fitness Classes

Group exercise classes are an excellent way to make big things happen for yourself with the help and motivation of a group of devoted individuals!

Our instructors focus on creating a warm atmosphere where all fitness levels are welcome. All Group Exercise Classes are included with your Y membership. Trainers will give you the support and motivation you need to commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle, and sessions are flexible to fit your schedule.

Tai Chi

A slow-paced, graceful, low-impact form of exercise that can improve balance, increase flexibility and mobility, improve health, quality of life, and psychological well-being, as well as decrease pain, fatigue, and stiffness.

Beginner Tai Chi

A slow-paced, graceful, low-impact form of exercise that can improve balance, increase flexibility and mobility, improve health, quality of life, and psychological well-being, as well as decrease pain, fatigue, and stiffness. Our instructor will teach basic movements and fundamentals of Tai Chi. No experience necessary.

TRX – Total Body Resistance Training

This leveraged bodyweight exercise builds power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and help prevent injuries. Choose your intensity!

Tabata

This thirty-minute class is a cycle of high/moderate adjustable intensity workouts followed by rest periods. The repetition is designed to bring faster results than a typical cardio session. This class is great for beginners and those in need of a quick morning workout!  

Pound

Pound fitness is a combination of cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Rock out with our instructor and get ready to move!

Muscles & Mascara

A cardio dance workout class involving a fusion of hip hop, country line dance, and popular dance moves throughout the decades! In this class, you will use all major muscle groups using step aerobics, yoga, light weights, core conditioning, and more. This is a class to let loose, strengthen and tone muscles, build endurance, release stress, and have fun!

Zumba®

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance with routines that feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance steps to tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.

Spiritual Serenity Yoga

This flow-style spiritual yoga class focuses on using specific postures to build strength, flexibility, and balance. A challenging body and mind workout using breathing and mindfulness for a complete yoga experience. Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue.

Soul Circle Chair Yoga

This flowing yoga class is ideal for members with health concerns or for beginners who will use a chair to perform movements. Increase flexibility and vitality in a format that emphasizes gentle yoga postures and proper breathing techniques.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a mind-body awareness practice that is far less strenuous than other forms. This relaxed version of yoga emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instructions and slow yoga stretches and poses.

Silver Sneakers®

Silver Sneakers is a low-impact cardiovascular workout that involves exercising on and around a chair. This fitness class includes working with light weights, bands, tubing, doing abdominal crunches, and more. This class is excellent for older adults who are seeking socialization and some movement!

Water Aerobics

A low-impact class that utilizes the resistance and buoyancy of the water to tone the muscles while protecting the joints. The class is a combination of cardio, strengthening, and toning exercises – great for all ages!

Deep Water Aerobics

A moderate to high intensity class that utilizes the resistance and buoyancy of the water to tone the muscles while protecting the joints all in the deep are of the pool! The class is a combination of cardio, strengthening, and toning exercises that require strength to perform activities in water with a depth of at least 5 feet.

Cycling

Join us for our beginner cycling class where you build endurance, strength, and stamina while riding to upbeat and motivating music! The instructor will guide you on an all-terrain journey that will get your heart rate up and give you a challenge.

Fab Abs

Get ready to tone and tighten your core with this energetic class focusing on your abs! This class works with bands, free weights, body weight and more with floor and standing exercises.
