The mission of the Harrison County YMCA shall be to promote the Christian way of living among its members and constituents; to promote the physical, mental and spiritual welfare of persons; and to emphasize reverence for God, responsibility for the common good, respect for personality and the application of the Golden Rule in human relationships.

The YMCA is a membership organization with a charitable purpose. Our Financial Assistance Policy enables the YMCA to assist families and individuals who want to participate but cannot afford the entire fee. Applications are available at the front desk.

Each YMCA is an independent organization, autonomous and separate from the YMCA of the USA.
