Clinical Personal Training
Clinical personal training will consist of, but not be limited to, those with:
* Obesity
* Diabetes
* Stroke
* Cardiac Rehabilitation
* Other Cardiac Issues
* Extended Physical Therapy
* Orthopedic Issues
* Joint Replacement
* Repair Surgeries
* Neurological Issues
* Elevated blood pressure or cholesterol
* Musculoskeletal Issues
** All participants must have a doctor's release prior to acceptance in a Personal Training Program
Sport Specific
Sport specific training is for athletes interesting in stepping up their game by training with a certified personal trainer. A program will be determined by analyzing your sport and even your position.
Core Training
Core training consists of exercises to strengthen and conditio the major and minor muscles of the abdomen and lower back better known as the "core" muscles.
Breathing techniques will be taught, along with controlled patterns while doing work-outs such as back extensions and specialized abdominal crunch exercises at different angles.
Training will incolve the use of selected Nautilus machines, a stability ball, floor work andmat Pilates. These workouts will end with stretches specific, but not limited to, the muscles worked, which most always reduce muscle soreness. Core training will be done at the end of, or be the last part of a total exercise session. Each is designed for hte goals and needs that the participant wishes to achieve.
** Modifications will always be shown, per individual, concerning any limitations and/or injury.
