Group exercise classes are an excellent way to make big things happen for yourself with the help and motivation of a group of devoted individuals! Our instructors focus on creating a warm atmosphere where all fitness levels are welcome. Classes are subject to change at any time.  All Group Exercise Classes are included with your Y membership.

Tai Chi

A slow-paced, graceful, low-impact form of exercise which can improve balance, increase flexibility and mobility, improve health, quality of life and psychological well-being, as well as decrease pain, fatigue, and stiffness. No experience necessary.

TRX – Total Body Resistance Training

This leveraged bodyweight exercise builds power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and help prevent injuries. Choose your intensity!

Tabata Cardio

This thirty-minute class is a cycle of high/moderate adjustable intensity workouts followed by rest periods. The repetition is designed to bring faster results than a typical cardio session. This class is great for beginners and those in need a quick morning workout!  


Join us on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 pm and Saturdays from 11 am to 12 pm for our new POUND fitness class! Pound fitness is a combination of cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. We hope to see you there!


Join us on Wednesdays from 11:15-12:15 pm for our new REFIT fitness class! Refit combines several elements of fitness into one power-packed hour. While the focus is structured around Cardio Dance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching, are also incorporated. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners. The workout targets the whole person; body mind and soul, using positive and uplifting music.


This class offers a great cardio workout of cycling that features intensity intervals, hills, and climbs that are coordinated to music designed to motivate and inspire. This is a great workout to burn calories and increase endurance.


Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance with routines that feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance steps to tone and sculpt the body. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.


 Power Yoga

This flow-style yoga class focuses on using specific postures to build strength, flexibility, and balance. A challenging body and mind workout using breathing and mindfulness for a complete yoga experience. Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue.


This flowing yoga class is ideal for members with health concerns or for beginners. Increase flexibility and vitality in a format that emphasizes gentle yoga postures and proper breathing techniques.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a mind-body awareness practice that is far less strenuous than other forms. This relaxed version of yoga emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instructions and slow yoga stretches and poses.

Silver Sneakers®


Silver Sneakers is a low-impact cardiovascular workout that involves exercising on and around a chair. This fitness class includes working with light weights, bands, tubing, doing abdominal crunches and more. This class is excellent for older adults who are seeking socialization and some movement!
