Have you ever wanted to cycle your way through an hour with friends, or dance your way to new heights, or build your muscle with a smile on your face? Well do we have something for you here at the Y – we have new classes this session!
These new classes include cycling and STRONG by Zumba! Yoga has also made an official return in the 11:15 slot on Wednesdays and Fridays. Zumba has also danced its way back onto the schedule on Monday nights! This class is a perfect follow up to that cycling class on Mondays that you’ve always wanted to try.
